Due to the nature of our products, all items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If a return is approved and the product is received in used, opened, altered, or tampered condition, the return will be denied and no refund will be issued.
Jariec Collective Group reserves the right to inspect all returned items. Any product determined to have been used will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
If a returned item is determined to be used, opened, or not in its original condition, the refund will be denied in accordance with our return policy.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
